Grown under the rare shade of the Blue Pine Forest in Haiti, the surrounding community is very proud of their conservation and together they protect the land from further deforestation. APCAB Cooperative has a total of 680 growers, and their coffee is known for being smooth and creamy. The cooperative is paid roughly 300% higher wages than the Fair Trade minimum, not out of charity, but for having an exceptional product.
